15 UIndy Programs Earn Academic All-GLVC Team Honors

– The Great Lakes Valley Conference began its Academic Awards week on Monday with the release of its All-GLVC Academic Team honors. A total of 173 teams were recognized for compiling a GPA of 3.30 or higher in the 2021-22 college year, with UIndy ranking second in the conference with 15 teams on the list.

The UIndy women’s golf team led all GLVC programs with an impressive 3.94 GPA in the past college year. The Greyhound women’s tennis roster ranked third among the entire league with a team GPA of 3.84, while the softball (3.67), men’s tennis (3.64) and volleyball teams -ball (3.55) rounded out the top five for UIndy.

Meanwhile, UIndy Football topped all GLVC football programs with a team GPA of 3.33, while Greyhound Women’s Lacrosse (3.52) and Baseball (3.32) teams ranked third among their conference peers. See below for the full list of winners.
